Insulation Removal

We had a complete attic removal and installation. Zhe did an amazing job and some of the best costumer service we’ve ever experienced. The free quote was no hassle or was not a “salesman pitch”- very fair pricing and answered all of our questions. After receiving multiple quotes, they were the best priced and the ones we wanted to work with the most. Would recommend these guys to anyone!

Brian and his team did amazing work in my attic. Full clean out, sanitation, some repairs underneath of my HVAC system, and all new insulation installed. They were prompt and direct with the inspection and estimate, quickly scheduled the work, and were finished and cleaned up in less than 8 hours. Brian answered all of my questions and has been a tremendous help.

Brian with Zhe Industries is amazing. I had him out to give me a quote on a couple of different projects we need to have done. He was honest enough to tell me that, for what we had in mind, insulation was not really our best answer. He proceeded to give me detailed guidance on what to do to achieve the goals we were looking for. Some of it involves insulation, but not near to the scope of what other companies were telling us. It was obvious that Brian was out to help us solve our problem in the best way possible, not to try to sell us on something that wouldn't help us achieve our goals.

Recently, I needed to replace the insulation in my attic—a challenging job, especially in the heat. I received several quotes, but Zhe Industries offered a reasonable rate and a clear explanation of the work. They delivered exactly as promised. The team efficiently removed the old insulation, sanitized the attic, sealed gaps and cracks, and installed new insulation, following all codes meticulously.

Encouraged by their performance, I trusted them with replacing my roof's missing drip edge and the gutters. We agreed on terms and they got to work. After they finished, I noticed a few minor issues. I brought these up and Brian personally addressed them immediately, apologizing for the oversight.

as a young female homeowner it’s paramount to me that i feel comfortable with the workers in my home and all of the gentleman i encountered with zhe were wonderful. i got 3 estimates in total to have the insulation in my attic taken out and replaced, and brian’s was by far the best value with the amount of work that needed to be done. i have a few other home projects i’ll need done in the future and i certainly intend to have zhe industries complete those! thank you so much to the fantastic team that came out 🙌

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. First picture was from April with an outdoor temp of about 89F and the second picture was from June 23rd with an outdoor temp of about 101F. Ceiling measured 30c/86f in the first picture and 19.3c/68f in the second picture. It's definitely working to keep our conditioned air inside our home and the hot air in the attic!

We had Zhe Industries insulate and air seal our attic around mid June and it has been unbelievable how good of an investment this was. I'm not certain we'll see much in savings this year as our AC pretty much runs full stop from morning until later in the evening but it is much more comfortable.

Another huge added bonus for us was the noise deadening. Since we had so little insulation or none in our attic in the first place it basically acted like a guitar and we could hear every noise from outside. We also live under the Oceana flight path so there's tons of jets flying throughout the week at all hours. Since we now have much more insulation and coverage than before outside noise has probably dropped by at least 60 to 70 percent. Even the jets don't over power indoor conversations and we can barely hear when people are mowing their lawns.

The crew were polite and very professional. It took about half a day to remove the old insulation and install the baffles and then a short hour or so for them to blow in the new insulation.

Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend their services.
