Brian's team quickly responded to a request for an additional space to be insulated on the same day he was returning to complete our work. His team are good listeners, clean up the job site well, and work hard and efficiently in a very hot attic. I highly recommend Zhe Industries and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

As one who writes few reviews, I would 100 percent recommend Brian Zhe and Zhe industries for their exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, sense of responsibility, respectability to the homeowner, knowledge of the Virginia Code, and thoroughness. Our extensive project was completed in 3 days with a timely arrival each day and complete cleanup in the evening. The gentlemen were responsive to our questions and acted on our concerns. I originally contacted Brian as an engineer to be sure we had adequate intake and output in our attic prior to new roof shingle replacement. For energy efficiency, I quickly learned our necessity to have our attic space properly sanitized, sealed and revitalized with new insulation after living in our home for over 35 years. Furthermore, I was drawn to Owen Corning’s limited lifetime warranty on all insulation installs & labor. With certainty, rest assured your attic insulation will be properly removed, space safely cleaned and disinfected, and insulation replaced to the appropriate R level with Zhe Industries as the only Owens Corning insulation certified installer in the state of Virginia.

We are really happy with their work. In addition to attic insulation, they installed a pull down ladder in the ceiling of our closet to improve access to the attic storage area. The crew did a great job and they were very nice and courteous. Would highly recommend!

I did my research and really took my time with selecting a company for my insulation. I had 4 estimates, and while they were not the cheapest, they were no where near the most expensive. After talking with my sales representative I quickly had my decision made before I even received the estimate. The total package that was offered was far superior to the other 3 companies. On installed day, the team showed up on time, and were very professional. They completed my project in one day and met all my expectations. I highly recommend them, and honestly even if they wind up being slightly more expensive on your project, it’s for a reason and you get what you pay for. I will be referring them to all, and I am extremely happy with the services they provided me.

I had a flat tire in the Wawa parking lot and Brian E came over and took time out of his morning to completely change my tire out to the spare. The only thanks he took was a water bottle I forced him to take. He was very kind, I didn't need to ask, he just walked up, asked if I needed help and did it all. This company is run by kind people in the community.

From consultation to installation, Zhe Industries was absolutely fantastic! I feel as I know a little too much about installation because Brian Z. was thorough in explaining materials and function. T.J. and Brian E. Were friendly, professional, and clean. Flawless. Easy to work with. Very responsive. Highly recommended. Price wise, they were right in the middle. The lower quotes did not include the city required permit and less work performed. I also had a fan installed. Zhe Industries has a professional electrician and a roofer. After all was complete, the city inspector looked at the attic and said this is the example other companies should follow. Excellent work. I like to hire companies that do the job right and I never have to worry about that project again. Lifetime, transferable warranty.

great experience, my home was dumping heat due to bad insulation and the AC was running non stop. i was nervous to get this done, but what he told me was true the proofs in the electric bill. i needed to get it done. the workers were professional and knowledgeable. they explained every question i had. prior military too, 10/10

Zhe industries was great! My attic looks great, and it smells good too! They did a fantastic job insulating my attic! TJ the foreman was professional and kind. Both Brian’s were great at explaining things. All of the workers were friendly and respectful!

Everyone we interacted with was fantastic. From Brian who helped educate us on how Zhe and Owens Corning stands out as an insulation provider to TJ who was our foreman on the job to the supervisor who came out. TJ did a great job as foreman, the team who completed the work was professional and efficient. They did the entire job (attic + garage insulation and install a new attic ladder) in about a day and a half. Very impressed with the entire team, the work, and it was well worth the investment.

We had an excellent recent experience with Zhe Industries replacing our insulation. We received a few different quotes, and Zhe Industries was the only company that mentioned the need for a city permit. That immediately stood out to us. To be sure, I called Virginia Beach Permits and Inspection to verify—and they confirmed that no matter what type of insulation you’re installing or replacing, a permit is required. I really appreciate that Zhe Industries follows the rules and does things the right way instead of cutting corners. That level of honesty and professionalism gave us a lot of confidence in moving forward with them.

Brian came out as promised and gave us a comprehensive review of our current insulation. He answered all of our questions and more. The quote included
venting bath fans through the roof, solar attic vents, and required city permit. The installation crew was great and walked us through the whole process before and answered more questions throughout. They removed all old flooring and replaced it with all new flooring, cleaning up everything before leaving. We were quite impressed and so was the city inspector. Would definitely recommend them.

We were so impressed with Zhe Industries. From the time they came out to give us an estimate to the completion of the project, they were responsive, clear, and thorough. Our attic needed a lot of work including cleaning, replacing all the insulation, sealing, and improving the ventilation. They took extra steps to ensure their work area was sealed, and when they left you couldn’t even tell they had been here because of how well they cleaned up. It can’t be an easy job, but the guys that came out worked non-stop to see it through in one day, all while being so positive when we acknowledged how hard they had worked. Our attic looks incredible and we really appreciated their expertise on everything. I can’t recommend them enough!
