Very professional and easy to talk with in all parts of the process. You can tell it’s run and managed by the people you’re speaking with and not some big chain who has to go through 8 chains of command to make a decision. Quality results with small company feel. This was our first big purchase as new home owners and I have zero hesitation that it was a bad choice. I had some issues with my AC about a month after install and the AC guys had to replace a pipe under my house where all the insulation had been put. Zhe industries came back out to make sure everything was still as it should have been under the house!

I got multiple quotes from companies and Zhe had the most honest, no hidden cost, pricing. I had a issue come up in my attic insulation a year after it was installed. I called the company and within a few business days the owner came out and a crew was there to fix it that same day at no cost. The issue turned out to be a recent service bulletin put out by the manufacturer.

The team began by evacuating the old cellulose insulation, creating new access points in a hard-to-reach gable, and removing the outdated batting insulation. Once the attic was fully cleared, Brian E. meticulously inspected and sealed cracks around the registers and other unwanted openings. The team then disinfected the attic with RMR-141 RTU, Shockwave, and Recon Odor Counteractant. They followed this by installing radiant barriers where necessary and filling the entire attic with Owens Corning ProPink L77 Pink Fiberglass.

The team arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, completed the evacuation efficiently in under four hours, ensured a thorough cleanup, and returned the next day to finish installing the new fiberglass insulation. Brain and his team has done both roof and attic work twice now and I couldn't ask for anything more. They were timely, professional in their work, top quality. Very knowledgeable, Brian will not try to "upsell" you unnecessarily, only what you need depending on your desired outcome. Super responsive, before, during and after projects.
I checked many insulation companies. Most of them just do this as a side when business is slow. No one offered all of the extras they did. When completed it was exactly as I was told it would be. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Call and speak to Brian you will not be disappointed!
We had an attic that was poorly insulated and critters had made their home. Brian and crew (Dave and Conner) went above and beyond to clear out the old, sanitize, and replace with blown-in insulation. We immediately could tell a difference in the freshness of our air and how often our heater came on. Zhe Industries was very reasonably priced, especially with the service they gave. We had a complete attic removal and installation. Zhe did an amazing job and some of the best costumer service we’ve ever experienced. The free quote was no hassle or was not a “salesman pitch”- very fair pricing and answered all of our questions. Brian and his team did amazing work in my attic. Full clean out, sanitation, some repairs underneath of my HVAC system, and all new insulation installed. They were prompt and direct with the inspection and estimate, quickly scheduled the work, and were finished and cleaned up in less than 8 hours. Brian answered all of my questions and has been a tremendous help.

Brian with Zhe Industries is amazing. I had him out to give me a quote on a couple of different projects we need to have done. He was honest enough to tell me that, for what we had in mind, insulation was not really our best answer. He proceeded to give me detailed guidance on what to do to achieve the goals we were looking for. Some of it involves insulation, but not near to the scope of what other companies were telling us. It was obvious that Brian was out to help us solve our problem in the best way possible, not to try to sell us on something that wouldn't help us achieve our goals.

as a young female homeowner it’s paramount to me that i feel comfortable with the workers in my home and all of the gentleman i encountered with zhe were wonderful. i got 3 estimates in total to have the insulation in my attic taken out and replaced, and brian’s was by far the best value with the amount of work that needed to be done. i have a few other home projects i’ll need done in the future and i certainly intend to have zhe industries complete those! thank you so much to the fantastic team that came out 🙌
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. First picture was from April with an outdoor temp of about 89F and the second picture was from June 23rd with an outdoor temp of about 101F. Ceiling measured 30c/86f in the first picture and 19.3c/68f in the second picture. It's definitely working to keep our conditioned air inside our home and the hot air in the attic!
We had Zhe Industries insulate and air seal our attic around mid June and it has been unbelievable how good of an investment this was. I'm not certain we'll see much in savings this year as our AC pretty much runs full stop from morning until later in the evening but it is much more comfortable.
Another huge added bonus for us was the noise deadening. Since we had so little insulation or none in our attic in the first place it basically acted like a guitar and we could hear every noise from outside. We also live under the Oceana flight path so there's tons of jets flying throughout the week at all hours. Since we now have much more insulation and coverage than before outside noise has probably dropped by at least 60 to 70 percent. Even the jets don't over power indoor conversations and we can barely hear when people are mowing their lawns.
The crew were polite and very professional. It took about half a day to remove the old insulation and install the baffles and then a short hour or so for them to blow in the new insulation.
Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend their services.

I interviewed 8 Roofing companies. Brian immediately stood out from the crowd for his professionalism. His pricing was very competitive. It was a big project for me so I was a little anxious going into the process, but he reassured me. Everything was gonna be perfect and he was right. They got the roof done and a day and we’re very thorough with all the cleanup. I have lots of areas where there are flowers Pots, including swimming pool. Their cleanup was exceptional. I had an area on my roof that required some flat roofing expertise, and he was able to provide the best solution with the very best warranty. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for a top class a contractor who knows what he’s doing prices it fairly and gets the job done quickly.
