Does my home need Air Sealing?

If your home experiences any of these problems, the answer is yes.

Recessed Can Light

Not all Can Lights are compatible with insulation. In fact, covering some recessed can lights can be a fire hazard. Having a Rockwool cover not only protects you from fire hazards but also prevents air leakage and energy loss.

Sky Lights & Gaps

The main loss of energy is not having gaps sealed off. Just insulating isn’t enough. We foam seal any areas with gabs, including skylights, framing gaps, electrical, plumbing, and ceiling fans.

What Would We Seal?

Ducts, Registers & Returns – Often one of the most neglected areas when it comes to sealing an attic, yet also one of the most crucial. Even if you have recently installed insulation, failing to properly seal these areas can lead to bridging and gaps between the ducts, registers, and returns. This creates a prime location for the meeting of hot and cold temperatures, resulting in excessive moisture issues and providing a breeding ground for bacteria. Choosing a seemingly cheaper option during an estimate may end up costing you more in the long run.

Don’t be fooled by other companies; instead, choose Zhe Industries, LLC. We are not just an insulation company – we are licensed Builders with comprehensive knowledge of your home.
